Terms of Service

The Service

The Service measures and presents your brand's visibility in AI engine answers and, optionally, integrates read-only data from Google Search Console. The metrics are derived from answers generated by third-party models and should be read as indicative.

Account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to try to get around technical limits.
• Access is granted to the client you represent; the data belongs to that client.

Third-party integrations

By connecting third-party services (e.g. Google Search Console) you authorise the Service to access the data described in the Privacy Policy, and you are also bound by those providers' terms.

Availability and disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of absolute accuracy of the metrics. To the extent permitted by law, destaque.ai is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
